Here are several reminders from the InternLink Team. Please read each point carefully to ensure the smooth processing of your endorsement letters.
- Register in the system as soon as possible, as we cannot process your endorsement letter until your registration is complete.
- Ensure your registration information is accurate—specifically your name, course, and webmail—as this data is used to generate your endorsement letter. Please follow the format suggested for each field.
- Upload your resume as soon as possible. It will be attached to the email sent to your target HTEs.
- Confirm that your 3 chosen HTEs are final before submitting; you will have to wait one week before we can send another endorsement letter to a different company besides your 3 initial HTEs.
- Input all three chosen HTEs into the system at once. If you only provide one, your remaining endorsements may be delayed.
- Ensure all HTE details are accurate and avoid using "N/A" for company information. If you are unsure of a contact person’s title, please use "Contact Person." For email address, ensure that they exist and accurate as well.
- Ensure that your chosen HTEs listed in the tracker and the system are consistent. Your endorsement letter may be delayed if there are some inconsistencies.
- You may monitor the status of your request and download a soft copy of your letter under the "My Applications" tab.
